SCHEDULE

All class times are posted on a weekly schedule and are staffed by a trainer certified in the CrossFit method. The classes start as posted and if you are late then you can wait for the next class, if you are early you can warm up, also coaching is provided on each visit to our training facility.

No appointment is needed for any class but please keep in mind that we are limited to 15 members per class. You will get a workout and an explanation of the CrossFit theory along with guidance as you progress towards your health and image transformation.
