$160 Start-Up Program:

Scheduled with a Certified CrossFit Coach, the Start-Up Program teaches you the fundamentals of CrossFit and prepares you for CrossFit’s AWESOME Strength and Conditioning program! The Start-Up program teaches you new skills with challenging intense workouts that is NEW, EXCITING, and FUN!

$165 CrossFit Level 2 Unlimited Monthly Membership

    • Unlimited CrossFit 7 Days a week (Core Strength and Conditioning)
    • Swim workouts (Efficiency, Skill, Conditioning)

$12 – $30 POSE Running Clinics:

The Art of Running:
It CAN be easier. You CAN be better. If you are interested becoming a better runner or want to set a running related goal for yourself this clinic is for you! We will be starting with the basics and put you on a path to achieving your endurance goals.

Run Video Analysis:
We will go over the mechanics of your running in order to increase speed and efficiency and keep you injury free.

Running Drills:
Learn and perfect your running form: YES! Running is a SKILL that must be (re)taught, practiced, and perfected.

Endurance AND Strength Training:
Dynamic workouts will allow you to practice your running, strengthen your body, and increase your endurance. Building muscle is a key and often overlooked component of endurance training and injury prevention. Each clinic will end with a short, intense workout designed to turn you into a lean mean running machine!
