$160 Start-Up Program:

Scheduled with a Certified CrossFit Coach, the Start-Up Program teaches you the fundementals of CrossFit and prepares you for CrossFit’s AWESOME Strength and Conditioning program! The Start-Up program teaches you new skills with challenging intense workouts that is NEW, EXCITING, and FUN!

CrossFit workouts are designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

$12 – $18 (per session) XFit:

Bootcamp style class for individuals looking to take on a serious fitness challenge, (this class is not a monthly membership, you pay for each class or you can purchase a package of 10).

Get introduced to the fundamental CrossFit movements in the comfort of a small class environment with personalized coaching and instruction. Push yourself to new limits & Come Get CrossFit! All levels welcome. Classes taught by SFCF Coach Ann LaBianco.

$12 – $30 POSE Running Clinics:

The Art of Running:
It CAN be easier. You CAN be better. If you are interested becoming a better runner or want to set a running related goal for yourself this clinic is for you! We will be starting with the basics and put you on a path to achieving your endurance goals.

Run Video Analysis:
We will go over the mechanics of your running in order to increase speed and efficiency and keep you injury free.

Running Drills:
Learn and perfect your running form: YES! Running is a SKILL that must be (re)taught, practiced, and perfected.

Endurance AND Strength Training:
Dynamic workouts will allow you to practice your running, strengthen your body, and increase your endurance. Building muscle is a key and often overlooked component of endurance training and injury prevention. Each clinic will end with a short, intense workout designed to turn you into a lean mean running machine!
