SF CrossFit Endurance Facility

South Florida CrossFit started out as a 2600sq ft facility in the summer of 2009. Since our expansion in 2011, not only have we doubled in square footage but our SFCF family has also grown. With this expansion came new equipment featuring Watt Bikes as seen in the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games. We are currently the only facility in Broward County that has them and WOW are they amazing. Along with new equipment, we have a friendly front desk person ready to answer any questions from the minute you walk in, we have a nice inventory of supplements and snacks, CrossFit gear, mobility area, lockers, towel service, on-site industrial ice machine, trough for ice baths, kids room and so much more.

Our well ventilated facility has two bay doors and multiple fans, we also have an AC unit that gets turned on during the dead heat of the summer and we're located next to a lake which makes our runs nice and scenic.
