Centrally located in Broward County (on 441, 2 blocks North of the Hard Rock Casino), and easily accessible from I-95, 595 and the Florida Turnpike.

South Florida CrossFit has a supportive client community along with a great staff of coaches that care about your progress.  We are here to help you achieve your fitness goals.
