I’m a former Marine that lives by the Marine Corps core values: HONOR, COURAGE, and COMMITMENT. Those three very important core values have helped me succeed both in life and in the field of athletics. Currently I’m the owner/manager of South Florida CrossFit Endurance. I have been training athletes since 2001 and have had the honor of training elite athletes but nothing makes me happier then training the “average joe/jane” and seeing them go from the back of the pack athlete to the front of the pack elite athlete.
I currently hold the following certifications: CrossFit Level I instructor, CrossFit Endurance Certifcation , POSE Running Level I and Level II certified instructor, USAW Level I Sports Performance Certification, CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting certification and CrossFit Gymnastics certification. I have also attended the coaches prep course for the CrossFit Level II.
As your coach, I promise to honor my profession by always being truthful, respectful, and providing you with the latest, most up to date fitness advice available. I promise to have the courage to always do what is right. And I promise to be 100% committed to your success and to provide you with the best support possible!
Lastly, I strongly believe and teach that the ultimate in fitness is the greatest glory one could achieve in life and that with courage, honor, and commitment there is no way you can’t achieve glory.

Bryan David
Bryan David’s passion for health and fitness was uncovered at the early age of 13 when he started playing
football and competing in Duathlons. To train for these two completely different disciplines, Bryan
took up CrossFit. Throughout his early teens, Bryan excelled on the athletic field, finishing in the top
three of his age group in every duathlon he entered. In High School, Bryan lettered in three sports;
track & field, wrestling, and football. Through his disciplined nature, hard work, and undying
dedication, he has built a name for himself on and off the athletic field. Bryan is a certified
Level 1 CrossFit instructor, CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting instructor and is currently enrolled in
FAU’s Sport Medicine program.
Although young, Bryan has developed a vast knowledge and experience in strength training and conditioning.
His motivational skills set him aside from all of the rest. He applies his expertise and motivation into
the training of his clients.
Sarah Wilson
As a competitive Triathlete/Duathlete, I initially turned to CrossFit to improve my strength and become a
more powerful competitor. CrossFit has given me the edge in competition I was looking for and so much more.
I have been finishing consistently at the top of my age group and recently qualified for the ITU Duathlon
World Championships to represent Team USA. I am a certified Level 1 CrossFit instructor and a triathlon coach.
CrossFit has enabled me to compete at a higher level but is has also changed the way I view fitness,
health, and training altogether. I am not just training for endurance events any more, I am training
for the single most important challenge that unites us all: life. The diversity and intensity of CrossFit
training has given me the confidence I need to take on the endless variety of challenges that life throws
my way. I have realized that the obstacles I face in life and in training are not road-blocks, they are
opportunities for growth and success.
As an athlete, CrossFit has helped me exceed my own performance expectations. As a Coach, I promise to
help you exceed yours. As a member of SFCF you are part of a constantly growing, supportive community of
athletes. Here you will find a perfect balance of camaraderie and competition that that will challenge and
encourage you to be your best inside and outside the gym.
Ann Labianco
Born and raised in South Florida, I have always been athletic. Growing up I played team sports, and was always
the girl playing on the boys’ teams or doing something outdoors. A few years ago I took up the sport of
Triathlon, and fell in love after my very first Sprint Distance race. Since then I have competed in numerous
races, and most recently completed my second Half-Ironman event, at the Rohto Ironman 70.3 in Orlando, FL.
CrossFit has improved my fitness in ways I never imagined- not only as an athlete, but also in everyday
life. Fitness is not limited to the time you spend exercising. It is not just about training for a
triathlon, losing weight, or getting stronger for football season. Fitness is a way of life. To be
fit is to be healthy, and to know that you are capable of anything life may throw your way. Fitness
translates to work, school, and relationships.
As a coach, I promise to provide you with the tools to achieve whatever your fitness goals may be.
Whether you are looking to lose 60lbs and walk a mile comfortably, or P.R. in your next Marathon race,
I look forward to helping you grow your foundation for a fit and healthy life! Ann has certifications in
Crossfit Level 1, Pose Running Level 1, and CrossFit Kids.
Luke Albert
Throughout my life I have always been involved in sports and living a healthy lifestyle. I have played football in high school and was given the opportunity to play baseball in the minor leagues for the Atlanta Braves. Within a few years I settled into my career as a firefighter. This job allowed me to continue working out and playing department sports. All my workouts centered around the gym and I had an old school mentality of bigger and stronger is better. I became narrow minded in my workouts and was the typical meat head in the gym. Unfortunately last year I tore my ACL and had to undergo surgery. This injury made me re-evaluate my athletic ability and I began to struggle with my workouts. My knee was continuously in pain and I was no longer able to achieve the strength I had previously . Soon afterwards I was introduced to crossfit. By applying strength training and cardio training in a fun and challenging way I regained my athleticism. This experience has allowed me to be competitive and motivated. I am now in the best overall shape of my life and have made great friends while doing it, thanks to Fernando and his CrossFit team.
