Danny Vega

Danny Vega was born in raised in Miami. Vega obtained a Master’s of Science degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida in 2006, after receiving his bachelor’s degree in international relations from Columbia University in 2004. At Columbia, Vega was a member of the football team and a three-time Dean’s List recipient.

Having spent several years as a strength & conditioning coach, Vega loves to train. Besides crossfit, his other passion is his family–his wife Maura and his son Desmond.
