Before coming to South Florida Crossfit Endurance, I was working out on my own with the videos that I am sure many of you have seen, but I felt that I was not getting all I could get out of the workout so I looked for something that could give me more.

Since coming to Crossfit, I have gotten stronger, faster, and leaner. I now find that on days that I don’t go for the work out I miss it. I have increased my personal record in the mile by over a minute. I really enjoy how the coaches are there to help you. Whether you are a superstar athlete or a novice, the coaches give you the individual attention to help you meet your goals. What I really like is how the coaches are very interested in you doing the proper form for the exercise. For instance, before each workout of the day they work on a skill to help you improve because practice makes perfect. They have even told me to use less weight or corrected my form during the workout of the day so I would not hurt myself and it would give me a better workout. All the members at Crossfit are very friendly and encourage each other to succeed. The more experience members even help the less experienced members like me learn the techniques to help get better at the workouts.

My future goals are pretty simple. I would like to reach RX for every workout.
