2: Barbell Row

Work up to a moderate heavy set then complete 3 x 10

3: Weighted push-ups

put a plate on your back or wear a vest
Record how many sets it takes to complete 50 reps

4: Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups

Record how many sets it takes to complete 50 reps
